Up until approximately 8 weeks after conception, all fetuses are female. But then things start to change, and if the Y chromosome is present, variations in the genitals will occur. We know what happens then, boys become boys and girls become girls (ah, if only it were that simple – really, it’s not always that simple). Still, if we think about it in terms of belly buttons, men have outies (but not always, I know some great men with pussies)  and women have innies (again, see above but replace men with women and pussies with penises).

With outies come potential problems, especially when it comes to the inability to always control the actions of your most tempermental team member.
